1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Pogiso's Tours services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Pogiso's Tours. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change until confirmed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required as specified in your booking confirmation. For corporate accounts, payment terms are as agreed in your service level agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip: No charge. Cancellations made 24β48 hours before: 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: 100% of the booking fee. No-shows: Full charge applies.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Pogiso's Tours is not liable for loss or damage to personal property. Passengers must comply with all traffic laws and driver instructions. Behaviour that endangers driver or vehicle safety may result in termination of the trip without refund.
6. Liability
Pogiso's Tours liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We carry full public liability insurance as required by South African law.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
