Bookings

How do I make a booking?
You can book online through our website by clicking "Book Now", calling our reservations team, or sending us a WhatsApp message. Corporate clients can book through their dedicated portal.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard trips. For peak periods, events, or corporate programs we recommend 48–72 hours. Airport transfers can often be accommodated with shorter notice.
What information do I need to make a booking?
You will need: pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, and your contact details. For airport transfers, please provide your flight number.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number and a QR code for trip validation.

Cancellations & Changes

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows are charged in full.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, bookings can be rescheduled subject to vehicle and driver availability. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule.

Corporate Accounts

How do corporate accounts work?
Corporate clients get a dedicated booking portal, account manager, consolidated monthly invoicing, and access to our recurring travel program. Contact us to set up your corporate account.
Can we set up recurring bookings for staff transport?
Absolutely. We offer scheduled recurring transport programs for staff commuting, executive travel, and shift-based transport. These can be managed through your corporate portal.
Do you offer consolidated invoicing for corporate clients?
Yes. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices with full trip reports, making reconciliation simple for your finance team.

Drivers

Are your drivers background-checked?
Yes. All Pogiso's Tours drivers undergo comprehensive background checks, have valid Professional Driving Permits (PrDPs), and receive ongoing training in customer service and safety.
Can I request a specific driver?
Yes, you can request a preferred driver when making your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

QR Codes & Validation

What is the QR code on my booking confirmation for?
Your QR code is your digital trip pass. The driver will scan it at pickup to validate your booking and start the trip. Keep it on your phone or print it out.
What if I lose my QR code?
You can retrieve your QR code at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our reservations team with your booking reference number.

Tours & Shuttles

What is the difference between a tour and a shuttle service?
Shuttle services are point-to-point transport between specified locations on a schedule. Tours are guided or self-drive experiences to tourist destinations with an optional commentary or guided programme.
Do you offer customised private tours?
Yes. We can build a customised tour itinerary for individuals, families, or corporate groups. Contact us with your destination preferences and we will create a tailored proposal.
